Return Policy

At Marietta Floral Design, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to addressing any issues with quality or service promptly and fairly.

Perishable Products

Fresh flowers, plants, and floral arrangements are perishable and cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference, recipient taste, or changes of mind after delivery.

Quality Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your flowers or believe they were delivered in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos to help us assess the issue.

If a quality issue is confirmed, Marietta Floral Design may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the arrangement

  • Offer a store credit

  • Issue a partial or full refund

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Issues

If your order was delivered to an incorrect address due to our error, or if delivery was missed due to florist error, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Marietta Floral Design is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient

Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability, substitutions may be necessary. We always strive to maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement. Substitutions are not considered grounds for a refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the cancellation is received before the design process has begun. Same-day and next-day orders typically cannot be canceled once processing has started.
